Located in the Skidmore/Old Town Historic District, the 6-story, L-shaped building is home to a mix of tenants.
The LEED Gold wood-framed structure includes ground floor leasing for the University of Oregon and 4,125 SF of retail space. Floors 2-4 are office space, including the headquarters of Ankrom Moisan Architects. Floors 5-6 include 65 apartment units. The 141,362 SF building features an exterior skin of brick, plaster and metal panels. The project is the first LEED 4.0 certified project in Portland.
