40,000 SF office space in a fully occupied downtown Seattle high-rise tower.
This fast-tracked project includes the demolition of the existing tenant improvement back to the shell and core. The new build-out includes polished concrete floors, casework, open to structure ceilings, workspace, meeting space, pantry, and kitchen. The scope of work was performed on the 17th and 18th floors of the tower.
