Complete demolition of all finishes including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, floor coverings, wall coverings, and ceilings on all 4 floors. Removal of the concrete basement floor, interior stair well and the exterior finish of the 4th floor. Repair work to all structural components and an installation of finishes including a new elevator, stair towers, exterior brick finish on the 4th floor and repair/refurbish to the existing exterior finishes.
