The Goat Blocks is a 500,000 SF mixed use on Portland’s Central Eastside. Located on a super block and ¼ of another super block, the LEED project includes three mid-rise buildings that include 248 market rate apartments, 100,000 SF of retail space and 369 structured parking spaces. The three buildings are wood-framed over concrete structures ranging from 4-6 stories.
