The facility features 266 independent living apartments and villas, a health care center with 50 assisted units, 45 health care beds (23 skilled nursing, 22 specialty care) a commons area and wellness center, in four new mid-rise buildings with underground concrete parking structures. The project also includes seismically upgrading the 90-year-old existing Marylhurst Provincial House.
