The first floor includes a 52,000 SF emergency department and includes exam rooms, surgery rooms, triage areas and recovery and waiting areas. The first floor also includes MRI, CT and X-ray rooms. The second floor is primarily lab space. The remainder of the facility is shelled space. Built as a stand-alone medical office building, the project is located on a five-acre site and includes a parking lot, permeable asphalt.
