North 18 Apartments is a new half-block 7 story multifamily development in Portland’s Northwest plan district. The building is 5 floors of wood framed apartments over 2 story of post tension concrete and structural steel. Project has a proposed gross square footage of 101,600.
Programing elements include 124 apartments in a mix of studio, one bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments. The ground floor contains 6 ground floor units, lobby, one retail space, a bike room, and a garage with a 34-space mechanical parking stacker. Amenity spaces are on the first and second floor and include an outdoor terrace with BBQ area, two firepits, planters, bench seating and a pet relief area as well as a community room and fitness room.
