This project will build-out approximately 21,000 GSF of shell space on the 7th floor of the Robertson Life Sciences Building at the South Waterfront.
The program includes 7,000 GSF of chemistry intensive research space, another 7,000 GSF of general wet lab and associated shared core facilities, and 7,000 GSF of office and other floor amenities. Includes a Center for Experimental Therapeutics (CET), a chemistry heavy lab which includes a 400MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectrometer, High Throughput Screening (HTS) lab, BSL-2 Wet lab space, and Tissue Culture and equipment rooms.
