Designed to meet the current and future needs of the Philomath School District, this project included constructing a new 40,000 SF elementary school, and renovating and upgrading both the High School and Middle School.
The 350 student elementary school contains classrooms, library, gymnasium and locker rooms, and administration offices. The renovation to the Middle and High Schools consisted of new classrooms and laboratories space, technology upgrades, and upgrades to meet ADA standards.
