The Portland Plaza, a downtown center piece since 1973, received a complete overhaul of the courtyard podium.
Complete demolition of all vegetation, dirt, pavers, swimming pool, and other courtyard finishes for a complete update to the podium finishes. Upon the completion of the waterproofing system is a modernization of the podium courtyard with new glass canopies, BBQ stations, a state of the art swimming pool allowing access for all ages, new decks, glass railings, benches, fencing, shrubbery and trees, & a raised paver system.
