This recently completed, $7.6 million highly complex public renovation in downtown Seattle replaced the existing window washing equipment atop the 64 story Seattle Municipal Tower.
The new equipment was installed by the aid of an 800 ft tower crane mounted on the roof of the existing tower. Interior renovations included adding new interior steel members for the added structure inside the building. The project includes 100% goals for Section 3 hiring and 41% minority & women-owned business participation.
