9,685 SF Renovation of the main level of the existing Saint Alphonsus Emerald Clinic.
This project included updating all the patient exam rooms with new flooring, doors/frames/hardware, ceiling tile, lighting, casework, and plumbing, and rerouting of HVAC ducting. Upgrades to the waiting and reception areas were made and additions include a procedure room, team centers, provider offices and an educational room.
