A 1-story, 2,054 SF addition to the existing Central Utility Plant that houses a 2,000 kW emergency generator, a generator switch board and provides space for two future generators.
The project also includes a 30,000 gallon underground fuel tank to support the new generator(s). Four existing ground mounted cooling towers were temporarily relocated and replaced with three new cooling towers on the roof of the addition.
