The Pediatric Outpatient Therapy Clinic is a 7,500 SF tenant improvement on half the 15th floor of the Nordstrom’s Tower on First Hill.
The Clinic is an enabling project for Providence Health & Services in preparation for the new tower under construction starting later this year. The clinic will serve children from toddlers to adolescence and will include 9 Exam Rooms, a Sensory Integration room and a Gym with Kitchen and office areas for staff.
