The Lovejoy consists of a 9-story, 290,000 SF, grocery, parking and office building.
A national, full-service, grocery store anchors the development and occupies the entire first and second floors. Four levels of parking and three levels of Class A office space (90,000 SF) make up the remainder of the project. The parking space includes 370 parking stalls. The building features a structural design based on an innovative moment frame precast concrete system, green roofs and LEED Gold certification.
