New life was restored into this 100-year-old hotel. The 6-story, 142,000 SF historic building was restored inside and out.
The hotel’s former 68 rooms were converted into 36 apartments. The remainder of the mixed use’s functions include 45,000 SF of office space, 15,000 SF of retail space, 10,000 SF of event space, a rooftop deck, fitness center, two restaurants and 215 parking spaces. Historic renovations include new windows throughout and the addition of restored historic retail frontage and large, 2-story, multi-pane windows along 11th Street.
