The American Plaza Towers in Southwest Portland share a below grade three-level parking garage with surface parking on the roof.
The surface level includes driveways, parking stalls, public gathering zones, sidewalks, shrub and tree planters, decorative water features, and main building entrances. The lower levels are used for storage and parking. These elements will receive a complete upgrade to their waterproofing features and remodel to their structural strength.
