9,559 SF tenant improvement for new Cigna office space.
Project scope consisted of complete buildout of new offices, meeting rooms, IT room, kitchen and pantry. Work included new flooring, casework, doors and hardware, relites, MEP, sprinklers, acoustical ceilings, and all finishes.
