The distribution center is renowned as one of Oregon's largest beer and wine distributorships for such products as Anheuser-Busch.
The 152,000 SF concrete tilt-up building includes 18,000 SF of offices and 122,000 SF of distribution center and warehouse space. The distribution center includes drive-through truck docks, 20,000 SF draught coolers, 35,000 SF of drive-in coolers, and bulk storage areas. There is also a 4,050 SF vehicle maintenance facility.
