This project is part of an extensive effort to modernize the Nunhems operations, re-program existing buildings, and expand the facility to the adjoining 27-acres.
New structures include Building P & Q. Remodeled structures include Building L, K, H, M & N. New MEP infrastructure, landscaping, and concrete/asphalt paving are involved throughout the campus. The project features a new 105,287 SF processing and storage building, comprised of insulated tilt-up concrete walls on a grade beam grid, which are supported by H-Piles. It also includes a new metal framed 26,467 SF storage facility and renovation of three existing buildings, totaling 93,190 SF.
