This project provides space for a new Behavior Health Department at St. Joseph Hospital.
The 9,360 SF renovation of the second floor of the fully operational St. Joseph Hospital includes private rooms, seclusion rooms, waiting rooms, staff facilities and dining areas. The project features a new electrical system and extensive upgrades to the HVAC and plumbing systems. Interior framed walls and tamper resistant fixtures were installed, along with aluminum-framed windows. All work was completed within an existing building originally constructed in 1964.
