Build out and addition to the St. Alphonsus Nampa Campus.
Phase One includes the 8,500 SF buildout of the IVT/cancer care interior inside an existing shell space. The phase also includes the shell and core of the new linear accelerator addition with new concrete vault and accelerator machine. The addition adds 3,046 SF to the campus. Phase Two includes the buildout of the interior of the Phase One shell and core. Phase Three includes the remodel of the 5,300 SF existing linear accelerator.
