100,000 SF renovation of an iconic podium level retail experience in the heart of Seattle’s downtown core.
The ambitious project includes significant structural alterations to re-locate floor openings and escalators. On top of the high end interior finishes, the project includes extensive re-work to the exterior façade at each main building entrance including new wood curtain wall systems, steel sash window systems, stone façade and massive custom doors all to create an inspiring experience for everyone who uses the space.
