Phase One: Expansion of the onion storage and umbel drying building, associated infrastructure and asphalt.
The umbel/onion storage building is a 31,313 SF steel structure with a metal panel exterior. The bin storage capacity is 3,374 bins. The expansion also includes a 200,000 gallon water storage tank & dry hydrant system, optional sewer dosing station, associated asphalt & storm drainage around the new building and relocation of utilities out of footprint of the new building.
