This 6-level, 722-car parking structure is currently being built below and above ground on an occupied hospital campus. Located on an extremely tight construction site, the 275,250 SF garage will support a 7-story, 205,409 SF medical office building that will be built above the garage. The post-tension concrete garage includes four levels of parking below, or partially below grade, and two levels above.
