Part of a $105 million hospital campus expansion, this 133,000 SF precast concrete expansion ties into the existing garage on Southwest Washington Medical Center’s campus and supports the entire campus. The garage also includes the relocation of the campus helipad, which is now adjacent to the garage entrance and a major landscaping upgrade. All work took place near the campus emergency department.
