The seven-story 381,300 square-foot new parking structure expansion ties to an existing parking structure on the Valley Medical Center Renton Campus.
Phased construction accommodated early owner occupancy of the bottom level of parking. The structure is concrete moment-frame column and beam with post-tensioned concrete decks. A three-bank elevator lobby with finishes is situated at the Southeast corner. This garage is part of a larger campus expansion that will include a sky-bridge from the new parking structure to a future medical office building.
